GETTING THERE
Plan to arrive on Sunday, October 6 by 5pm to enjoy our first yoga practice and evening meal together. Check out of your room is at 11am on Friday, October 11 after morning yoga and breakfast, however you’re welcome to stay on site as your travel arrangements dictate.
The easiest route is to book your return flight to and from Panama City (spending a night or two in the city’s heritage Casco Viejo neighborhood, a UNESCO site, is highly recommended if you have time!). From there you can take the short flight from Albrook International airport in Panama City to Bocas Del Toro airport where we will pick you up and take you to the retreat center. There are typically three flights a day and these must be booked directly via Air Panama.
Be aware that there are two airports in Panama City: Tocumen International where you will most likely arrive from the US, and Albrook International from where you will fly to the island. If you’re making a connection without spending time in the city, be sure to leave yourself enough time to take an Uber across town.
If you’re planning a longer trip, you may prefer to look into train and bus travel from Panama City to Almirante, followed by a ferry to Bocas Del Toro.
Costa Rica and Colombia are also great options for an expanded trip!
