Yoga is a daily part of life at Bird Island Bungalows. Whether it's a restorative yin session in our yoga shala as the soft light of dawn illuminates the surrounding jungle, or a Vinyasa flow at sunset, on our front deck, with waves crashing and pelicans gliding past, our certified yoga teachers offer a variety of classes designed to meet the needs and experience of all participants.
