About the 22-day, 200-Hour, Yoga Alliance Approved, Teacher Training Intensive
These Three Weeks Will Change Your Life
One of the things I always hear from people who have graduated from my training programs is, "This program changed my life." Everyone says it for a different reason, but the sentiment is the same. This program is TRANSFORMATIONAL.
Yoga Teacher Training has helped people build confidence in movement after an injury, deepen their spiritual practice, helped people heal relationships, gain self confidence, find a life-long bff, change careers, and more. I can't tell you what little miracle you will experience through this program, but I can tell you it will be worth it. When you sign up for Yoga Teacher Training with Kintsugi Yoga, you are welcomed into a community that accepts you for who you are and will walk this path with you through darkness and light. We are here for it all.
PLUS, did we mention that we will spend THREE glorious weeks in Bocas del Toro, Panama where the jungle meets the sea? What are you waiting for?!

Investing in yoga teacher training goes beyond learning to teach—it’s a transformative journey of self-discovery, growth, and deepened practice. While you might sign up expecting to refine your poses and gain teaching skills, you end up with so much more: a stronger mind-body connection, lifelong friendships, personal empowerment, and tools for emotional resilience. The time, energy, and resources you put in return far more than a certification; they unlock a profound shift in how you move through life, embodying the principles of yoga both on and off the mat. We can't wait to support you on this journey!
