About the Retreat
Awed by the immense beauty of the Caribbean Ocean, the miles of untouched coastline and the magic that is Bocas del Toro, we knew we needed to share it with our yogi family as the perfect oasis to fill the soul.
Our home will be a magical retreat center, owned and impeccably managed by our dear friends and long-time YoYos.
It is a raw jewel nestled in a vibrant jungle where a 1000 shades of green meet Caribbean Blue. Here, simplicity, slowness and soul are celebrated in a vibe that is Caribbean cool!

What is Included:
Yoga - with three teachers as your guide, you will experience a beautiful array of yoga offerings that are sure to connect your to your soul and the bounty that surrounds you. Alex, Kristi and David will all be guiding classes throughout the week. Alex will be leading dharma talks each day as well!
Meals - delicious, healthy and o, so fresh! These Carribbean-inspired, veggie-forward (with lots of options for protein) meals are plentiful and soul-filling. Enjoy an early morning light breakfast complete with Panama’s world famous coffee and tea; post-yoga buffet brunch and sunset dinners. All meals will be served with views of the ocean!
Travel - flights from Panama City to Bocas del Toro and from Bocas del Toro to Panama City. Shuttle service to and from the Bocas del Toro Airport to the Retreat Center on both ends.
Excursions - guided walk through the jungle and along untouched coastline to the Fresh Water Lagoon. An isolated sanctuary!
ALSO -- Drago + Starfish Beach (Playa Estrella): A magical experience! First stop is Drago, a nearby sleepy fishing village. From there, we'll take a water taxi to Starfish Beach where the ocean is so clear you can see schools of fish fly through the water and starfish literally everywhere! Beach bars, restaurants and local jaunts pepper the coastline. At the end of the day, we’ll walk back to Drago, a 20 minute stroll along the beach and into the jungle. It may take more than 20 as you’ll want to stop and take photos every minute along the way! Beauty awaits.
On-Site Pool and Beaches - Our retreat center is o, so cool. The pool with views of the ocean is located right by the bar for easy access to tropical drinks, unbelievable juices and smoothies as well as a full espresso bar. Please note: these additional drink purchases are not included. The “cove” is a private beach right on property with plenty of shade, plenty of sun and raw beauty.

What to Expect
The amazing yoga offerings will take place in 2 soul-filling locations: an open air jungle palapa where the bounty of trees and plants enrich the prana that flows within us AND on the oceanfront deck with views of water and sounds of waves. During this unforgettable week, yoga will be a mind-blowing blend of rich, spiritual dharma conversations, Soul Shakin’ Yoga with Alex Cole, Happy Yoga with Kristi Cole and rhythmic flows with David Vote!
Spend your afternoons sippin’ fresh juice by the pool, Balboa (local beer) on the beach, or devouring a vacation-style fiction novel on your very own Adirondack chair steps away from your front door. All with views and breezes of the ocean.
From meals to travel to off-site excursions, we take care of the logistics, so you can invest your energy into deepening your connection with self, one another and the beauty that is all around.
